– Free return shipping is included for eligible returns.

– Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT, London) – orders placed after this will be processed the next business day.
– Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before dispatch.
– Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) via Royal Mail.

Tip: Place your order before 2:00 PM for same-day processing!

📦 Delivery Terms

– We ship exclusively with Royal Mail for reliable, tracked delivery.
– A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

🏠 Change of Address

– We cannot update the shipping address once the order is in transit.

❌ Cancellations

– If you change your mind before dispatch, contact us immediately.
– Orders already shipped follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

⚠️ Parcels Damaged in Transit

– If your order arrives damaged:
– Refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately.
– If accepted, email contact@bestkit.co.uk with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
