– You have 30 days from delivery to return your order.
– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– All products are eligible for return — we do not have final sale items.
– Returns accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

📦 How to Return an Item

Follow these 3 simple steps:

  2. Get Your Label: We’ll send a free downloadable Royal Mail return label with instructions.

  3. Send It Back: Pack your item securely and attach the label. Drop it off at Royal Mail.

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
– Notify us immediately.
– We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

We accept exchanges for:
– Damaged items
– Incorrect products
– Faulty products

💰 No Restocking Fees

– Returning or exchanging an item is completely free. No hidden charges, ever.

✅ Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
– Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.
– Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the funds.
